What will your day look like?

• Employee Relations: Act as a go-to resource for employees, supporting positive interactions and addressing workplace concerns.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processing and manage benefits enrollment, ensuring smooth operations.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment efforts and provide seamless onboarding experiences for new team members.
• Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are updated and followed, staying current with state and federal regulations.

Who are you?

• Experience: 3+ years as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Passionate & Personable: Committed to creating an inclusive, productive work environment with an eye for detail and a collaborative spirit.
