About the Job
Fortive is currently seeking a seasoned Identity & Access Management Engineer to join the growing global Security team. We are looking for an experienced Identity professional with development skills to help support our expansion of automation and process improvements. This role requires enthusiasm, curiosity, and good interpersonal skills.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and optimize on premise and Azure AD infrastructure, including domain controllers, group policies, conditional access policies and authentication mechanisms.
+ Continuously improve identity services by evaluating innovative technologies, implementing best practices, and optimizing performance.
+ Provide Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on end-users.
+ Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and efficiency.
+ Coach other members of the organization on the best practices that should be followed in identity and access management.
+ Stay up to date on current IAM threats and industry solutions.
+ Technical leadership in cybersecurity. Focus on improving the current IAM processes used by our service provider.
+ Perform ongoing identity policy enhancements for all operating companies.
+ Perform integrations into our PAM solutions Cyberark Privilege Cloud, Cyberark Endpoint Privilege Manager.
+ Develop and maintain IGA solutions to provide efficient and effective lifecycle and access management.
+ Work with operating company IT and Fortive IT teams to build out continuous improvements in the identity space.
+ Work with vendors on providing product updates, bug fixes and managing relations
+ Create clear and concise documentation to formalize work stream processes
+ Implement a least privilege access model across all platforms.
+ Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, LDAP, DB, UNIX/Linux, AWS IAM
+ Experience with PCI and SOX audits
+ Link technical capabilities to strategic vision and business needs
+ Define success metrics and SLAs.
+ Define and manage product roadmap. Identify gaps, suggest best practices to enhance security posture
+ Other related duties as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications**
Experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise identity solutions, both on prem and SaaS. A background in managing directory services. Candidate should have a strong ability to prioritize work based on business objectives.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in IT, information security, computer science, or a related field.
+ 10 to 15 years of experience. Alternatively, candidate may possess an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience and education.
+ Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies such as multi factor authentication, JSON Web Token (JWT), etc.
+ Understanding of Identity and Access Management principles and processes
+ Experience with Single Sign On tools: SecureAuth, Siteminder, PingAccess, PingFederate, ForgeRock, OKTA, Azure
+ Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as two-factor authentication, authentication protocols, conditional access policies, group policy, privileged access management, etc.
+ Integration experience with SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth
+ Experience with one or more programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
+ Experience with Windows, Linux / Unix, scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Perl), LDAP, SQL, and web services.
