About the Job
Vaco Boston has partnered with an environmental services organization to hire a remote-based Senior Tax Accountant
This individual will be responsible for working with tax issues across the board and will collaborate with team members at various levels.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with Tax Manager to address tax issues and perform research
Use GAAP knowledge and knowledge of regulation laws in various states
Analyze tax accounts
Communicate with internal stakeholders and external regulatory agencies
Qualifications:5+ years of tax experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
Understanding of accounting and corporate tax
Ability to work independently and with a team

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
