Responsibilities
- Align processes, measurements, standards, and efforts with a primary focus on safety, delivery, quality, and cost.
- Utilize a strong analytical approach to problem-solving, developing cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.
- Oversee installation and process improvement projects, driving productivity and technology enhancements.
- Ensure all project assignments are completed within established scope, budget, and schedule, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence.

Everyday Impact:
-Establish strategic partnerships across internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate on solutions.
Provide data-driven insights to influence business strategies and drive impactful business decisions.
Establish scorecards and KPI reporting to drive throughput, productivity, and engineering standards.
Partner with supply chain teams to develop new tools and processes, enhancing operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compatibility of tooling, equipment, and processes with the entire value stream, optimizing work cell development and methods.
-Promote company mission, values, and ethics, providing direction and training to uphold compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Strong initiative and willingness to adapt in ambiguous situations, with the ability to influence peers and drive execution.
