Senior Information Systems Specialist - iQuasar

The candidate should demonstrate strong technical knowledge and experience with PowerShell.The successful candidate will be expected to interface with internal customers and various technical support teams.The demonstrated ability to follow standard operating procedures and processes is essential.

The contractor is required have:

1. ***At least 5 years' experience with PowerShell scripting and/or Microsoft .NET programming.
2. At least Seven years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of Five years of experience providing general desktop support with previous experience opening and maintaining support cases via CA Service Desk, BMC Remedy, ServiceNow or similar.
3. At least 5 years' experience inwith installing, configuring and supporting the Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 operating systems on laptops and desktop computers in a client/server environment.
4. At least 5 years'experience in supporting common applications, such as Microsoft Office
5. Excellent written and oral communications are required, as this position will interface with clients via phone and e-mail and in person. Demonstrated ability to concisely summarize and document client issues is required.
6. 2 years minimum experience planning and executing activities using with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
7. Strong Level 1 network and VPN diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
8. Knowledge of iPhone smart phone support and administration.
9. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills who can work with people at various levels of the organization.

A+, MCDST, MTA, MOS, or similar certification is PREFERABLE
