Hybrid in Washington, DC (2-3 days/week on-site)

The Senior Infrastructure Analyst will support client in Washington, DC, providing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support for end-users, applications, infrastructure, platforms, or network services related to eMD device deployment. In this role, the Analyst will serve as a technical expert, leading efforts on moderately complex tasks and projects with potential business impact. Acting in a consultative capacity within project teams, the Analyst will deliver technical support, system administration, and expertise in emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot existing information systems, applications, middleware, or networks to identify and resolve errors or deficiencies, evaluating alternative solutions.
• Lead teams in resolving escalated support issues, coordinating with vendors as necessary to address problems.
• Provide technical expertise across business functions and identify process improvement opportunities via new technologies.
• Research and analyze relevant technologies and assess emerging tech for organizational benefits.
• Make recommendations that could shape the organization's long-term technology strategy across business units.
• Assist in developing and analyzing strategies for sourcing and selecting technology solutions.
• Work with service providers to align technical solutions with enterprise strategy and architecture.
• Serve as a consultant and escalation point for technical issues, offering advice to project managers.
• Conduct technical analyses to define, assess, and monitor project or service specifications.
• Design innovative solutions, recommending short-term alternatives when appropriate.
• Support senior technologists' participation in relevant industry forums.
