The Insights Lab will be a new state-of-the-art facility enabling immersive collaboration, planning and learning. It is a technology forward environment with physical and digital merchandising capability and will be leveraged for strategic meetings, consumer learning and to showcase our Kenvue Category Visioning and best-in-class innovation and execution to our customers, retailers, and partners.

Location: Skillman, NJ.Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025
Travel %: 20
Pay: $119,000 to $205,850
What you will do:
The Sr. Insights Manager is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day operations of The Insights lab. This individual will shape The Insights Lab's capability strategy based on industry capabilities and trends. This individual will lead the strategic operations of the lab to support consumer / shopper research initiatives, retailer meetings, strategic planning meetings, BIC merchandising & activation development to elevate Kenvue's Insights capability, thought leadership, strategic partnerships and business impact. This leader will serve as a cross-category partner, helping shape category stories, leading the hosting of Kenvue guests, developing immersive presentations, and have competency across key tech & shopper / category systems such as JDA Space Planning software, Adobe Creative Cloud, video / audio tech experience. This individual needs to be agile, adaptable, ability to manage complexity, know how to use space planning software, strong presentation skills, an ability to develop content and a strong understanding of video / audio technology. This leader will serve as the primary business partner for multiple stakeholders internally and externally and should have demonstrated ability to collaborate & partner end-to-end. This person should be able to operate in a high level fast paced, complex, and changing business environment. This individual will also be a people leader for the extended Insights Lab team
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead Global Insights Lab leader - be a trusted partner that brings strong thought leadership and technical know-how across key category & customer initiatives
- Partner, shape, develop &project manage key customer presentations leveraging Innovation Lab Immersive software in support of Category / Brand / Retailer initiatives
- Strategic leadership and ability to execute the day-to-day operations of the lab, with high quality management of the technical tools & software
- Strategic leadership and ability to execute the day-to-day operations of The Insight Lab meetings including preparing for & executing hosting consumers, shoppers, retailers, Kenvue guests & leaders
- Partner, shape & develop immersive retailer environments leveraging VIS software and in partnership with development agency
- Identify & optimize Booking process, developing and deployment process of lab usage
- Lead and empower your end-to-end team to act with speed, agility, and accountability
- Be a shopper and category champion within the organization, providing voice of customer and shaping capability pilots & strategic plans
- Strategic partnership with internal Shopper/Category partners on research opportunities: provide voice-of-customer, shape research projects, and activate findings to be customer-specific
- Strategic partnership, influence and oversight to execute the POG activations, merchandising improvements, efficient assortment, and clustering solutions
- Lead partnerships with other Global Insights Lab (e.g. P2P Lab in UK) and local Retailer team CFTs
- Prepare, maintain, and monitor respective budget(s) ensuring a strong return for investment
- Lead agency partnerships, inclusive of technical, content and software partners
- Lead, train & retain direct report, helping upskill Kenvue talent
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in CPG industry - customer insights, category management, space planning and/or shopper insights or relevant business experience is required
- Ability to understand and interpret shopper and category insights research and a strong understanding of syndicated data, panel data, shopper-card data and other research
- Extensive knowledge of omni retail customer store operations, structure, strategy, and retail execution tactics required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Strong digital & technical literacy, including advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud (most notably Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Ability to independently devise work scheduling for others and to organize and complete assigned work is required
- Strong facilitation, presentation skills, creativity and ability to tailor presentation style to a variety of key decision makers is required
- Ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex information across multiple levels is required
- Ability to develop and oversee the execution of project plans and to implement, execute and draw conclusions from a variety of customer, shopper and category studies is required
- Experience with space planning software(example - Blue Yonder or others) is required
- This position will be located in Summit, NJ and may require up to 20% travel
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in people development preferred
- Working experience with US Retailers is preferred

- Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850(if compliant with local laws).This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
