Job Title: Senior Inspector

Location: Washington, District of Columbia

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues.
• Monitor safety practices and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior inspectors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction inspection.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Certification as a Construction Inspector is preferred.
