Responsibilities

What you 'll be doing:

• Installing equipment, systems, and supervises installation and assembly work done by other technicians.
• Maintaining equipment, systems, and conducts testing and troubleshooting.
• Investing equipment and system failures, to determine the cause and repair work required. 
• Providing knowledge in technical equipment, IT assets and systems within the facilities, and supports the innovation of equipment, systems and controls in the facility. 
• Understands SOPs.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Proven track record in the deployment and maintenance of extensive global networks and systems, complemented by a thorough grasp of IC ITE services with a minimum of five years of hands-on IT experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in equipment, software, and systems installations; troubleshooting, customer relationship management, change management, risk management, and IT service management.
• Must have a minimum of Security+, with ITIL certification desired.
• Must be knowledgeable in ICD 503, DCID 6/3, DIA-CAP, and NIST standards to ensure robust information assurance and compliance.
• Must have proficiency in classified IT environments, terminology, Equipment Life Cycles
• IT Asset Management is a key asset.

Desired Skills:

• IT Asset Management is highly desired.
