Job Description:
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality eLearning courses and instructional materials. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can collaborate with subject matter.

We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.

- Design and develop eLearning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or similar.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content requirements.
- Create engaging and interactive multimedia content, including videos, quizzes, and simulations.
- Develop instructional materials such as job aids, manuals, and guides.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve course content.
- Ensure all eLearning content is accessible and adheres to industry standards and best practices.
