R&H Insurance Services LLC in Bedford, Texas, is looking for an individual with experience in the insurance industry to join our team as a Full-Time Senior Licensed Insurance Producer. You will be responsible for managing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met. Your ability to build trust and rapport will be necessary as you work closely with your clients to understand their business and personal needs to recommend the best coverage options. You will also be responsible for following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, renewing policies, processing claims, and providing exceptional customer service.

Salary Range: $60000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Take premium payments from customers.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
Requirements

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
