Senior IT Program/Portfolio Manager

6 Months Contract to Hire
Job Description:
We are looking for a technology program manager with portfolio management experience to lead/coordinate the Personal Finance project portfolio. This resource will work with two other contractor project managers on the overall portfolio delivery and serve as an issue escalation point. The is the potential that this resource serve in the same capacity for another line of business project portfolio.
Abilities/Skill and Other Requirements
• TOP: Self-starter with 'learn and apply' attitude in an intense, fast-paced environment.
• TOP: Experience working with leading stakeholder groups, including technical, product, business and vendor teams as a lead program/portfolio manager.
• TOP: Excellent communication, collaboration, documentation skills.
• Excellent MS Office toolset skills.
• 3rd-party vendor management experience a plus.
• Proven track record of schedule development and delivering objectives on time and within budget against that schedule.
• Agile and waterfall project experience.
• Ability to anticipate and manage project risks.
• Confident, solution-oriented independent worker.
• Must work effectively with managing different sets of business, technology and vendor stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience is preferred or must be working toward certification.
• Local to Cincinnati region is required. Hybrid Role.
