Position Responsibilities
Guide the strategic planning and allocation of IT resources, ensuring projects are fully supported and deadlines met.
Manage and mentor IT team members, providing feedback, growth opportunities and performance evaluations.
Partner with project managers to match resources with project needs, balancing timelines and budgets.
Set and track key performance metrics, providing regular updates to IT management.
Oversee the IT budget, aligning spending with strategic goals for maximum impact.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
7+ years of experience in IT resource management or a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills.
Experience with resource management tools.
