Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring an IT Testing Specialist who will be primarily responsible for supporting Air Force-Product Lifecycle Management Capability Support Office (AF-PLM CSO) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

Air Force-Product Lifecycle Management Capability Support Office (AF-PLM CSO) is a multi-disciplined team of government and contactor personnel, tasked to manage and perform the configuration, fielding, training, organization change management (OCM) and sustainment of the USAF’s Enterprise PLM Business Tool, AF-PLM.    

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

• Provide Validation and Verification support services in accordance with the program’s Integrated Test Plan, program development/sustainment contracts, and PO agile practices. Activities will vary depending upon the current activities of the program/system, scope of the current development/sustainment cycle, and other corporate and program initiatives. 
• Provide Validation and Verification (V&V) support services for effective management, in compliance with AF SEAM processes including AFI 99-103, Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation; and Major Command (MAJCOM), Center, and Directorate guidance. V&V includes all manner of testing including test and evaluation, demonstration, and certification activities. 
• Provide test planning support services for AF-PLM Capability Support Office activities in compliance with DoD, AF, AFLCMC and PEO BES test instructions, policies, and procedures. Support requirements include but are not limited to: 
  • Prepare test plans and procedures 
  • Prepare and review test analyses 
  • Prepare T&E segments of acquisition documentation 
  • Monitor test events 
  • Support certification test activities (e.g., Joint Interoperability Test Center (JITC)) 
  • Support training required to execute test activities 
  • Support the execution of test cases, evaluations, and demonstrations. 
  • Review and analyze engineering performance analysis reports 
  • Review and analyze measures of effectiveness and measures of suitability 
  • Review and analyze engineering performance predictions 
  • Review and analyze trade-off studies 
• Support the collection of test data during developmental and operational test events. 
• Provide test report support services by way of the documentation of test events and shall conduct technical reviews of engineering documentation associated with Validation and Verification (V&V) that includes but is not limited to: 
  • Engineering drawings 
  • Specifications 
  • Technical reports 
  • Design documentation 
  • Diagrams 
  • Test reports 

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

• Clearance: Tier 1 or ability to obtain an Tier 1
• MA/MS degree and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed or,
• BA/BS degree and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed or,
• Fifteen (15) years of directly related experience
