They need a Java developer either with spring or Kotlin or Scala)
Ideally we would like to find candidates with knowledge of both Java and Kotlin languages, but proficiency in one and familiarity with the other is acceptable/expected (for instance, Android developers might not have used Java in years. Likewise, Spring devs might be familiar with Kotlin but not used it for building Spring apps).
If a candidate is not familiar with Kotlin but has experience in another JVM language such as Groovy or Scala, then we are still interested (particularly with otherwise matching Android or Spring experience)
Android and Spring are the two main frameworks that we use, and we are interested in candidates with experience in at least one, if not both.
We do not need a security expert, but the assumption here is that engineers building Spring and/or Android apps are notionally familiar with the concepts listed.
Ultimately, we are looking for people who are both experienced and eager to learn. We have Spring, Android and legacy Java systems and are seeking engineers who don't mind stepping out of their area of expertise to address business needs for any/all of these systems.
