Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Senior Land Acquisition Manager to assist in the identification and assessment of land purchase opportunities throughout the area. This position will be based in our Corporate office located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
The Sr. Land Acquisition Analyst position is responsible for identifying, assessing, and closing new land opportunities.
What are the primary responsibilities?
- Pursue and coordinate all land acquisition opportunities as directed
- Identify, asses, and submit for approval, new land opportunities
- Work independently to negotiate the acquisition of properties with landowners, attorneys or brokers. Do no commitments without prior approval
- Perform land use, financial and project profitability analysis for management to review
- Obtain and examine public land records as part of performing due diligence
- Work with engineers and operations managers on concept land planning, environmental, and utility requirements
- Work with legal on purchase agreements
- Train and mentor new Land Acquisition Managers
- All other duties as assigned

Do you have these qualifications?
- Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning
- 5 - 7 years of experience in residential land acquisition
- Solid background in land planning, zoning, law and/or real estate
- Preferred:
- Leadership roles, managing large scale projects in residential development
