Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Landscape Designer position include:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience designing high-end residential landscape projects
• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent experience required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lumion Pro 8, and SketchUp
• In-depth knowledge of Florida plant species, hardscape elements, and city regulations
• Ability to prepare accurate, detailed landscape construction drawings with minimal supervision
• Experience in permitting processes and drafting standards
• Ability to manage the entire design process from initial client meetings through project completion
• Strong understanding of site visits, project management, and staff support

Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
