Full service established Construction Company specializing in insurance restoration is in search of a Senior Construction Estimator.
Job Duties: Write scopes and estimate repairs for large insurance losses. Includes fire, smoke, water and storm damage claims Pay range commiserate with experience, and industry/revenue stream. Industry experience is mandatory.

Requirements: Candidates without extensive Large Loss Claim experience will not be considered. This position is for a Senior Insurance Construction Estimator
- Insurance Restoration Estimator with extensive Xactimate experience is a must. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience with Large loss claims.
- Management experience
- Existing sub contractor base is a plus
- Must have construction knowledge
- Must have knowledge with Fire, Water and storm damage claims on a large scale.
- Must possess time management skills
- Must be able to write and comprehend budgets
- Must be able to understand and establish job costing, and obtain prices
- Proficient in insurance guidelines and qualifications
- Possess strong computer skills
- Must be able to handle a fair volume of work in a timely manner
- Flexible schedule nights and weekend may be required Due to a rotation with emergency on-call.
- Must be very proficient Word, Excel & Outlook
- College degree preferred but not required
