Senior Lead Custodian- SUB - Texas Tech University

Major/Essential Functions

• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned building(s) per TTU Custodial Team Cleaning standards
• Follows Team Cleaning Absence Staffing Plan.
• Performs key handler duties by picking up and dropping off keys daily, ensuring the security of the building by locking doors at the assigned time.
• Assist Area Supervisor by maintaining the inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Coordinate with staff that there are accurate counts of those supplies
• Orders laundered items needed for the week on assigned day(s).
• Provides direction, training, and work review to assigned custodial staff
• Organizes and assigns work, sets priorities, and follows up to ensure the coordination and completion of assigned work.
