Pay Range: $108k $162k USD (Final offer will be based on experience, skillset, and location)

Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Lead Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing electrical engineering projects and leading team coordination. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Leadership: Serve as the Engineer of Record on assigned projects, ensuring high-quality technical standards.
- Team Supervision: Mentor and lead engineering staff, conduct objective evaluations, and oversee task assignments.
- Technical Training and Support: Assist senior management in technical training and mentoring initiatives, establishing project design standards.
- Project Coordination: Assign and manage engineering tasks, maintain interdisciplinary coordination, and supervise system design efforts.
- Construction Administration: Oversee construction documentation, including field reports, responses to RFIs, and processing bulletins and addenda.
- Financial Oversight: Collaborate with accounting on invoicing, monitor project budgets, and liaise with clients to support timely payments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Manage communication across project teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Contract Administration: Prepare and oversee project proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Analysis and Reporting: Supervise preparation of analyses and reports on system options and building conditions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Licensure: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 12+ years in MEP consulting, with relevant experience in critical facilities, healthcare, commercial, or aviation projects.
- Supervisory Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role, with a strong background in team leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD and Revit, with substantial hands-on design experience.
