Major/Essential Functions

• Provide excellent customer service related to students, faculty, and staff at TTU.
• Maintain transfer institution course inventory and equivalencies. 
• Evaluate transcripts for prospective and current students. 
• Complete SalesForce reporting and manage department email. Complete Dashboard form maintenance and monitoring. 
• Analyze processes within TEO and make recommendations for improved processes or products for efficient completion of TEO tasks. 
• Support the Office of the Registrar by assisting other areas when needed.
