Our client, Continental Properties, is building in Deerfield, IL. As a premier General Contractor for our client, since 2010, together we have developed and built over 20 high-end multi-family projects. The project scope is a $50M with a 18-month schedule. The project is three-story, wood-frame including 10 acres of site development with 8 buildings for 254 units in total. We do not self-perform.

With construction to start in October, our first hire is a SENIOR/LEAD FIELD SUPERINTENDENT. We are building a team to support this project. This position shall lead additional Superintendents as the project progresses.
