About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Product Manager to join our Wire and Inter-FI Product Team within Consumer and Small Business Banking Payments
The individual will serve as a critical contributor and leader, expected to own many responsibilities required to set and deliver strategic initiatives
All priorities must be supported by analytical analysis and adhere to applicable policies and regulations
Will lead or participate on issue management processes. This leader must work well in a rapid-paced environment and be passionate about owning and leading change to improve the product
In this role, you will:Lead or participate in moderately to highly complex initiatives and deliverables by utilizing data-driven, advanced analytical techniques to make actionable insights, trends, recommendations, or contribute to large-scale planning that has a broader impactDeliver solutions that require consideration of trends, regulatory impact, and risk managementDevelop business segmentation, customer profiling, benchmarking, forecasting, perform vintage analysis and create strategiesSupport the business to understand revenue, pricing, complaints and customer feedback using insightful analyticsEnable actionable insights for senior leaders through delivery of timely, executive-level communications.Communicate actionable insights and recommendations using data in a digestible format to a wide variety of audiences to include non-technical audience of varying levelsEnsure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all product related initiativesWork independently or with minimum supervisionRequired qualifications:7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired qualifications:Consumer and Small Business Deposit Payment Products experience (e.g
