Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 -10 years of applications development experience in a fast-paced web project leveraging below mentioned technologies
- 5 - 10 years of experience as a Software Quality Engineer/Test Engineer/Test
- Understanding of Software and Web technologies which includes .net, Java Script, HTML, SQL, XML, SOAP, ADO and Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS)
- Demonstrate working understanding of the Agile/SAFe Methodologies and defect management process and understanding of Database testing skills like writing simple queries to validate the data
- Should have strong balance of technical and a proven history of good work across large scale applications
- Strong communication skills regarding technical topics and remote collaboration skills are critical to this role
- Leading Experience: Proven ability to lead and work with offshore QA teams, particularly in Ukraine and India
- Agile Planning: Experience in planning and managing work items in agile environments, typically 2-4 week sprints, with a history of handling large-scale planning and high output
- Test Plans and Cases: Skilled in creating test plans and cases based on functional requirements
- Strong QA Skills: Extensive experience in both manual (60-70%) and automation (30%) testing
- Test Case Documentation: Proficient in documenting test cases using Gherkin syntax to standardize the testing process and improve communication across teams
- Automation Tools: Familiarity with Tosca automation and ability to start looking at scripts immediately
- Proactive and Supportive: Ability to be proactive and support the team during critical timeframes, especially towards the end of major releases and during regression cycles
- Team Player: Strong team player who can join and integrate quickly, learning the application and product efficiently
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
