About the Job
Ruchman is actively seeking Senior Level Program Analysts to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) at the Criminal Justice Information Services Division (CJIS) in Clarksburg, WV. As a Senior-Level Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the timely determination of a person's eligibility to possess firearms or explosives in accordance with federal law. The Senior Program Analyst will be the primary technical interface and work closely with the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager. They will be responsible for overall day-today performance that meets government requirements by supervising, organizing and directing contractor personnel. This position is onsite and eligible candidates must have an Active Security Clearance and live within commuting distance of the Clarksburg, WV facility. Candidates must be willing to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on the agency's need. CURRENT WORK schedule is Monday thru Friday, 6am to 230pm.
Basic Position Responsibilities:
Serve as a Senior Expert on-site lead with extensive knowledge and experience developing and applying research and analytical skills related to the program requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage a small team of employees, overseeing scheduling, employee performance and monitoring workflow
Ability to compile daily and weekly statistical reports
Ensure the accuracy of all processing and research is in accordance with federally published guidelines
Complete necessary document clean-up of existing records to update and/or purge documentation as needed
Report any point-of-contact changes to the appropriate personnel
Evaluate existing procedures and provide recommended actions or solutions
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree WITH at least two (2) years of relevant experience, OR a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
Attention to detail, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Chrome
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Active Security Clearance - Top Secret
