Hudson County, NJ office of Regional Law Firm seeks COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY with at least 5 years of experience to work closely with lead partner in connection with a plethora of matters including contracts disputes, real estate disputes, fraud actions, breach of contract matters, etc. Will also include some white collar criminal work.  Matters are venued in both NJ and NY, and both Bar admissions are necessary.  Excellent writing skills and court experience in both states is preferred.  Base salary range is $180,000+ with bonus potential.
