Senior Litigation Paralegal
JOB DESCRIPTION: Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, critical thinking Senior Paralegal with a desire to help others to join our Environmental Litigation team in Denver, CO. This position is fast-paced and supports a team of attorneys performing regular litigation in state and federal courts. It will involve collaboration with other paralegals and assistants.
This is a fully on-site role at our Downtown Denver office.
SALARY
$34-$48/hour
Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

Duties will include:
- Working up cases from pre-litigation to post-trial motions.
- Communicating regularly with clients and obtaining their documents.
- Court filings, document management and review, propounding and responding to discovery, noticing depositions, and similar tasks.
- Assisting in management of deadlines.
- Management of electronic information, document management, and document review including bates-stamping, scanning, coding, and searching in complex litigation.
- Assisting attorneys in developing case facts and strategies.
- Creation of privilege logs.
- Preparing trial exhibits.
- Assisting at hearings and trials.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess a paralegal certificate or meet the Bus. & Prof. Code § 6450 requirements.
- 7+ years of paralegal experience in complex litigation.
- Experience with preparing cases for trial and assisting throughout trial.
- Familiarity with working up cases from pre-litigation to post-trial motions.
- Ability to draft client and opposing counsel correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents under attorney
- Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, Microsoft Office, Familiarity with E-Discovery and law programs such as, Sharefile, PACER, CaseAnywhere, Lexis, Smart Advocate, Everlaw, FileVine, OneLegal.
- A successful candidate will be detail oriented and organized, be a team player, be reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines.
- This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience with case management software programs is a plus.
