Lead Litigation Paralegal Opportunity

Direct Counsel has partnered up with a boutique law firm in San Diego, CA., and they are seeking a seasoned Senior Paralegal to lead their litigation team. As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for managing complex litigation cases from inception to trial and providing exceptional support to our attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate litigation case teams, ensuring timely and efficient case progression
• Provide expert support to attorneys, including document preparation, research, and trial preparation
• Develop and implement effective case management strategies to ensure successful outcomes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Paralegal in complex litigation
• Proven track record of successfully managing litigation cases from inception to trial
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train junior staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Proficiency in e-discovery and document management software
