Join Our Team as a Senior Living Sales Coordinator at RiverSpring Services Corp!
The RiverSpring Living campus is set on 32 acres overlooking the Hudson River, in Riverdale, New York. RiverSpring Living provides a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, managed long term care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care.
In this role, you will support the Sales & Marketing team in achieving occupancy and revenue goals. You’ll assist new residents and their families through the move-in process, ensuring a smooth transition to their new home.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Housing Sales & Marketing Department.
- Assist the team in managing the database and maintaining sales collateral.
- Support new residents and families with move-in documentation and prepare the resident's administrative file.
- Conduct resident orientations to help them settle into their new home.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies in coordination with the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred in business management, business administration, communication, health care administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of consumer sales experience in a senior living setting preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation:
- Annual salary: $55,000 - $60,000
