$80,000+ at plan yearly
Responsibilities:- Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters
- Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
- Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
- Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines
- Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field
- Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines
- Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred
- Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability
- An established book of business is preferred
- Bilingual - Spanish/English speaking a plus
