Job Summary:

Job Duties:
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery, including blenders, fillers, cappers, labelers, and conveyors.
- Maintain and develop job skills through internal and external training programs.
- Order replacement parts and control components from suppliers.
- Contribute to the effective use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Lead preventative maintenance programs and conduct equipment inspections.
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure safe and reliable equipment operation.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, including maintenance trainees and operators.
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiencies and safety.
- Adhere to Daily Management directives and initiatives.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using electrical test equipment (voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter, Megger, etc.).
- Advanced understanding of machine functions and sequence of operations.
- Expertise in interpreting technical materials, including electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of NEC, UL508A, and NFPA 79 codes (preferred).
- Familiarity with Lock Out Tag Out Safety procedures and Arc Flash/PPE requirements.
- Advanced industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic skills, including troubleshooting.
- Strong time management and task prioritization abilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical formulas and mechanical math.
- Proficiency in 3-phase industrial wiring, power distribution, AC/DC drives, and motor PMs.
- Ability to troubleshoot PLC I/O and networking, as well as motion control with servo drives and motors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and CMMS software (e.g., SAP).
- Knowledge and experience in Root Cause Analysis, problem identification, and troubleshooting.
- Fabrication skills, including welding, guard fabrication, and equipment modification (preferred).
- Knowledge and experience with machine shop equipment (preferred).
- Excellent safety record, attendance, and punctuality.
