Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Execute repairs and replacements as needed to ensure optimal operation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
