Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Houston, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Buffalo, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Advertising & Paid Media to oversee a multi-channel advertising portfolio that spans awareness to conversion across various paid media—both online and offline. In this role, you will own and drive the comprehensive advertising strategy across Prenuvo's channels, from digital performance campaigns to offline placements, ensuring that every stage of the funnel is strategically managed and aligned with our growth goals. Your experience in areas like an advertising agency or in-house ad strategy will be invaluable as you balance hands-on execution with big-picture planning, covering channels from paid social and search to out-of-home, direct mail, and brand partnerships.
In collaboration with other key teams, you will develop, manage, and optimize high-impact campaigns that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth, working across brand and performance campaigns and scaling our advertising efforts to meet evolving business goals.
This role is fully remote. Candidates located in PT timezones highly preferred

What You'll Do:
- Lead Full-Funnel Advertising Strategy
- Develop and implement a portfolio-wide advertising strategy that spans awareness to conversion across all channels—digital (paid search, social media, programmatic) and traditional (direct mail, OOH, newsprint). Integrate strategy seamlessly into Prenuvo's customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Campaign Planning and Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, deployment, and optimization of multi-channel advertising campaigns, ensuring all campaigns are designed to reach targeted audiences efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Cross-Channel Optimization
- Analyze performance across both online and offline channels, making data-driven adjustments for maximum ROI. Apply audience targeting, A/B testing, and segmentation to optimize results across diverse platforms.
- Stakeholder Reporting and Insights
- Develop clear, data-driven reporting on campaign performance. Keep stakeholders informed of key insights, trends, and potential risks, recommending strategic adjustments to align with evolving business objectives.
- Creative and Brand Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure ad creative aligns with brand messaging. Manage content feedback loops to continually refine creative based on audience engagement and channel performance.
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Efficiently forecast, manage, and optimize ad spend across channels. Leverage data insights to improve return on ad spend and acquisition volume, ensuring spend alignment with sales and marketing goals.
- Agency and Vendor Management
- Oversee external agencies and contractors to ensure campaigns meet Prenuvo's standards and business objectives, managing relationships to leverage expertise while ensuring alignment with internal goals.
- Compliance and Quality Control
- Work with internal clinical and legal teams to ensure all advertising complies with healthcare industry standards and regulations. Validate all published ads to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
- Stay on the Cutting Edge
- Keep up-to-date on emerging trends in paid media and performance marketing. Drive innovation by testing new media channels and strategies to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years in paid media management across digital and traditional channels, with expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel advertising strategies.
- Demonstrated success in running full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion, with a strong focus on both performance marketing and brand-building efforts.
- Agency or in-house experience managing complex advertising portfolios, ideally with experience in both high-growth environments and established brands.
- Experience with multiple channels, including:
- Digital: Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn), Paid Search (Google Ads), Programmatic
- Traditional: Direct Mail, Out-of-Home Advertising, Audio Advertising, Newsprint
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on full-funnel metrics, leveraging tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Databricks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage budgets strategically, using data to maximize ROI and acquisition targets.
- Strong project management and organizational skills for handling multiple campaigns and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to unlock new advertising channels and drive growth in fast-paced environments.
- Background in healthcare or regulated industry.
- Ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities and emerging market opportunities, staying current with industry trends to inform strategy.

- The base salary for this role ranges from $100,000-$130,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
