We have an immediate opening for a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management.
The Senior Manager will join the Information Security team and will be responsible for integrating Okta with other systems, applications, and services used within the Client environment. As an IAM/IGA Senior Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Okta platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring the security, efficiency, and compliance of IAM/IGA processes. This role requires a strong understanding of identity management principles, experience with IAM/IGA products and services, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

As an IAM/IGA Senior Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Okta platforms. In this capacity, the Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management will:
- Develop strategic plans for Okta implementation projects, aligning them with the organization's identity and access management (IAM) goals and objectives;
- Collaborate with Director of IAM/IGA to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for successful implementation;
- Lead a team of IAM/IGA specialists, including Okta and SailPoint administrators, analysts, and engineers;
- Develop integration requirements between Okta and Sailpoint as both implementations will occur in parallel;
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring effective collaboration and performance;
- Manage relationships with Okta vendors, including contract negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), and product roadmap discussions;
- Stay informed about new features, updates, and best practices from Okta to drive continuous improvement;
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Okta solution, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business units, to facilitate successful deployments;
- Gather and analyze additional business requirements for Okta implementation, translating them into technical solutions and configurations;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design IAM architectures, workflows, and integrations that meet business needs and security requirements;
- Support configuration efforts for Okta platform, including user provisioning, authentication policies, access controls, and role definitions;
- Oversee customization and extension of Okta functionalities through scripting, APIs, workflows and integration with other systems;
- Work directly with Engineers to develop test plans and strategies for Okta customizations, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements;
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) activities to validate the effectiveness and reliability of IAM solutions;
- Work with internal teams to develop training programs and materials to educate end-users, administrators, and stakeholders on Okta functionalities, best practices, and usage guidelines; and
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure internal teams have the skills and expertise to support and maintain Okta implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Okta and Sailpoint platforms, including configuration, administration, and customization capabilities;
- Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory), and multi-factor authentication (MFA);
- Strong understanding of IAM/IGA principles, protocols, and standards such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and RBAC;
- Ability to coordinate teams to integrate Okta & Sailpoint with cloud applications, on-premises applications, and custom-built applications;
- Understanding of federation standards such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect for seamless authentication and SSO across applications;
- Detailed technical knowledge related to applications, servers, infrastructure and networking technologies;
- Hands on experience in identity and access management, policy assessments, application testing, etc.;
- Strong, track record of implementing Okta IGA solutions and ability to deliver results through partnering with vendors, Information Security, IT and the business departments;
- Working knowledge of IT processes (i.e., ITIL) including incident, problem, defect, change and release management; and
- Experience with secure architecture principals, secure SDLC, security system integration and configurations, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Okta Certified Administrator, and Sailpoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer) is preferred;
- 10 years of experience in information Security identity and access management (IAM) roles, with a focus on Okta and Sailpoint solutions;
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization; and
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
