Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Product Management (Cloud/IAM)

What you'll do...

1. Develop and communicate a risk-based and data-driven strategy and outcome-driven roadmaps for enterprise privileged access management services, solutions, and capabilities, in partnership with engineering and operations partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
2. Keep abreast of advances in industry to address the threat landscape.
3. Advise executive decision makers based on business and technology risk grounded in threat.
4. Maintain technical and risk credibility with your own team and with partners across the enterprise.
5. Maintain close ties to various stakeholders, developers, and engineers across the company, ensuring the services we create meet their needs as products evolve.
6. Iterate quickly and see the products through to production and scale.
7. Establish product value propositions, metrics, and key indicators.
8. Recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead those around you to be their best.

About You...

1. You have strong consulting and analytical skills.
2. You have the ability to foster collaborative, open, working relationships with technology groups and other stakeholders, including vendor relationships.
3. You have demonstrated clear communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization, and to influence senior management and executives (Including translating technical information based on specific audiences).
4. You have experience managing multiple high-visibility and high-impact enterprise access management security projects with cross-functional teams while maintaining superior results including planning, development and management of technical requirements, design, testing and deployment of solutions.
5. You have a passion for cybersecurity.
6. You have experience working with the public cloud (AWS) and knowledge of associated access security use cases and solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
2. At least 6 years of experience working in cybersecurity or information technology.
3. At least 5 years of experience translating cybersecurity strategy and analysis into product requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.
2. 5+ years of people leadership experience.
3. 3+ years of experience in cloud security.
4. 3+ years of product management experience.
5. Experience in regulated financial services organizations.
6. AWS Solution Architect certification.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $234,700 - $267,900 for Sr Manager, Cyber Technical

San Francisco and San Jose, California (Hybrid On-Site): $248,700 - $283,800 for Sr Manager, Cyber Technical

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
