you will lead the development and identification of innovative
opportunities at Baker Tilly. This encompasses creating strategic goals
and success metrics, exploring new channels for diverse talent,
establishing networks with key stakeholders, and devising processes and
programs for the integration and development of diverse talent.
Additionally, you will collaborate with market leaders to identify
opportunities for Baker Tilly to strengthen its partnerships with
community-based organizations and initiatives aligned with our firm's
DIBS strategy. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Learning
Department to take ownership on DIBS learning initiatives. * Liaison
and build relationships with relevant cross-functional key stakeholders
and support the continued development of the DIBS team. * Provide
subject matter expertise, strategic planning, coaching, education, and
consultancy to senior stakeholders to drive key DIBS business outcomes.
* Continue to execute the SOAR, Nextgen, and GROW strategies and
provide leadership and support to empower and strengthen our internal
communities. * Facilitate DIBS trainings for newly combined firms. *
Implement best and leading practices to enhance retention and engagement

to regional, local, and remote dynamics related to an ever evolving DIBS
