Overview
This position reports directly to the Director, eLearning & Training Management. This role will serve as a corporate Learning Management System (LMS) business administrator and a LMS subject matter expert. The role will perform as a backup to the Director, eLearning & Training Management and as such will provide integral support for validation and operational projects for continuous improvement of the LMS. You will operationalize Insmed procedures to ensure consistent usage, administration, and security throughout the company while accommodating requirements for Japan, EU, Americas and local sites. This role may be remote or based at our Bridgewater, New Jersey headquarters locationResponsibilities
- Provide key support and back up to Director for all CSV, CAPA/Deviation, release management, and audit/inspection activities.
- Identify and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and compliance, including training completion.
- Perform curricula reviews in partnership with all Department Champions, ensuring assignments are targeted to the correct audiences with appropriate delivery priority and retraining needs.
- Ensure compliance with User Access Management (UAM) process, providing training for LMS system access and execution of UAM documentation.
- Ownership/support of LMS procedures and responsibilities for document lifecycle.
- Represent the LMS Team through presentation of metrics to QA/Other audiences.
- Partner with Department Champions to identify and drive training effectiveness initiatives
- Identify and implement LMS capabilities as they become available and/or have added benefit to the organization's needs .
- Provide support/back-up to LMS administrators in management of the LMS mailbox and user troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in LMS management for a pharmaceutical or biotech company
- Experience as System Administrator in ComplianceWire LMS
- Experience in executing system release management, change control and CSV processes
- Experience in SOP/procedure development, working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working globally (EU, Japan) in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in continuous improvement
- Knowledge of US and global regulatory, quality, and compliance regulations, laws and standards
- Preferred experience with audits and Health Authority inspections.
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy and conciseness.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary Range
$111,000 - $156,133 a yearCompensation & Benefits
