Coke Florida is searching for a Senior Manager, Fountain Operations and Channel Development to work out of our Tampa HQ area office.
What You Will Do:
The Senior Manager, Fountain Operations and Channel Development reports to the Group VP, Food Service and On-Premise The main objective is to implement our Business Strategy and develop actionable insights for local market customers across key Food Service On Premise channels. In addition, a successful Senior Manager, Channel Development would leverage a two-prong approach not only developing priorities for the channel but also engaging the field team and building capabilities to support our field team in becoming a world class selling organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Actively manage FSOP principles to achieve annual business plan objectives including: Weekly/Monthly performance management stewardship; Revenue, Gross Profit, Net Outlet growth and FSOP strategic initiatives
- Monitors performance versus execution objectives, re-plans as necessary and provides feedback to key stakeholders
- Have the ability to create both front line and Executive level presentations inclusive but not limited to performance, category insights, marketing programs etc.
- Development and refine of strategies, business standards, policies programs and operating guidelines to profitably grow the Food Service On-Premise Business
- Ability to communicate with C-Suite level executives
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, to include, but not limited to: Profit Growth Management, Demand Planning, Commercial Marketing, Sales Operations, Local Field Sales and the North America Operating Unit (NAUO) to ensure the highest-level of customer service and performance
- Oversee the Post-mix Fountain business operations and coordinate with supporting resources from our mechanical services team, Call Center and field sales team to deliver a value-added customer experience and a profitable business operation
- Responsible for further defining and administering the channel policy, FSOP channel business standards, operating guidelines and documented policies to govern local and traditional customers and key accounts.
- Conduct post promotional analysis measuring the success levels of for your designated channel strategies and provide feedback to leader on market trends
- Work with Marketing team to develop local channel customer marketing programs
- Work with Category Management to gain key market and customer insights
- Build front line engagement with your assigned channels
- Assist the organization in developing a comprehensive, data driven and documented process to capture competitive analysis and insights to create a statistical relevant model that will help the organization better predict competitive responses, to include, but not limited to rebate programs, sponosrship levels, etc.
For this role, you will need:
- BA/BS Required; MBA/Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of customer management and sales leadership experience
- Previous experience with Food Service On-Premise (FSOP) and Direct Store Delivery (DSD)
- Previous experience with Beverage category highly desired
- Project Management experience
- Experience working with Nielsen and other syndicated data
- Experience influencing effective negotiation and selling
- Travel is estimated to be 25-35%, primarily within the Coke Florida Territory
