Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and drive SAP and Oracle Cloud solutions to support enterprise applications in Procure to Pay business function
- Work either individually or alongside functional architects and analysts to design and implement SAP and/or Oracle Cloud ERP solutions that meet business requirements, follow industry best practice, and enrich the user experience
- Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectives
- Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Procure to Pay space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices
- Work with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology by developing a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs
- Host and drive interactive working sessions with business stakeholders to achieve solution alignment such as blue printing, business confirmation, or testing workshops
- Assist with the prioritization of demand items in the P2P space
- Develop and mentor junior team members
- Evaluate new technology and make relevant users requirement documents; as well as translate business needs into system dimensions and provide relevant solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
REQUIRED
- Bachelors or Master’s degree with > 10 years working experience in STP modules support.
- Minimum 15 years practical experience in either in SAP functional solution design and delivery or any other major ERP solution
- Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals or any other leading ERP professionals
- Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent
- Hands on functional experience working in the following SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, Ariba, MM, IM
- Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Functional Lead/Lead Architect
- History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes
- Experience in SAP development estimation and using best practices in SAP solution delivery

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting and fielding questions from senior leaders

Compensation & Benefits Details
- An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
- The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
- You will be eligible to participate in Western Digital’s Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Western Digital’s Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
