There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.As a member of the International Tax M&A team, you would be part of a group that advises multinational corporations, private equity firms and privately held companies on the tax aspects of planning, structuring, due diligence and executing M&A transactions. RSM US LLP is looking for a dynamic International Tax Senior Manager, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions, to join our expanding Cross-Border M&A Tax Practice.As an International Tax M&A Senior Manager, you would be part of a team that advises multinational corporations, private equity firms, and privately held companies on the tax aspects of planning, structuring, due diligence, and executing M&A transactions
