Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
What you will do
The Senior Manager of Network Strategy is responsible for E2E Network Strategy and Siting for the North American Supply Chain. The Senior Manager will lead and represent the North American network strategy perspective on new product siting and existing product re-siting initiatives by influencing the decision-making process. The Senior Manager will be responsible for evaluating SC initiatives impacting the network design, and ensure the initiative is aligned to our overall network strategy. Additionally, the position will actively assess manufacturing, deliver & trade customization network design for supply chain risk, and evaluate against the North America strategic roadmap for developing and implementing inventory policies, standards, guidelines, technology, and procedures to meet customer service and inventory targets. Additionally, you will improve profitability through cost reduction, cost avoidance, and process improvements on a cross-functional basis:
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute network strategy to support business objectives in alignment with the Senior Management team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimization of network infrastructure.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve network performance.
• Provide regular reports and updates to Senior Management on network performance and progress towards goals.
• Resolve difficult problems and customer complaints to maintain relationships with key customers.
• Lead and influence group of professionals to achieve business results.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• 10 years of experience in operations/E2E supply chain management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, logistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.

• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing network projects.
• Experience in cost reduction, cost avoidance, and process improvements.
• Experience in customer service and maintaining relationships with key customers.
• Ability to think creatively.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
