Description:
The Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting oversees monthly financial close and reporting for domestic and international entities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies. This role directs the Corporate Accounting team, manages general ledger processes, and analyzes business results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Corporate Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage monthly reporting
- Supervise accounting for corporate functions, including payroll and benefits.
- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance for financial reviews.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Reporting team on monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Support budgeting and forecasting while controlling departmental costs.
- Assist with external and internal audits and maintain historical records.
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Certified Public Accountant
- Experience in a public company or large public accounting firm
