Salary: $160,000.00 USD Annually - $175,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a senior manager of distribution and transportation


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• A growing consumer products manufacturer located in the Atlanta area is currently searching for a senior director of warehousing and transportation. To be considered, you must have a four year degree along with 10+ years of experience in t, warehousing and logistics with at least 2-3 years overseeing multiple locations at the director or regional level. In this role, you will be responsible for multiple sites both manufacturing and distribution in a high volume and fast paced environment. Manage and mentor site operations management in CA and own full P&L responsibility for distribution operations in region. You will be responsible for all functions including warehouse and transportation, financial reviews, supply chain, and all related back office functions. In addition, you will ensure DCs are following safety procedures and is responsible for safety results and workers comp costs and foster culture of continuous improvement and support improvement initiatives in the DCs. You will report to the COO and receive an outstanding salary, bonuses and benefits. The company highly desires someone residing in the Atlanta area and travel to the West Coast once a month will be required. Qualifications & Requirements:

• 4 year degree required
• Multi-Site Distribution Experience is a must
• Must be open to travel to the West Coast and East Coast on a monthly basis
