Currently, we are partnered with a premier pharmaceutical/biotech organization in Danbury, Connecticut in search of a highly talented Senior Manager, Omnichannel Strategy.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end omnichannel project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Drive data-driven decision making through advanced analytics and insights
• Configure and optimize omnichannel platforms to enhance customer experience
• Develop and implement training programs for business stakeholders
• Partner with IT and business teams to define and execute strategic initiatives
• Facilitate solution design sessions and capture critical business requirements
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration efforts

Qualifications:

• Track record of successful omnichannel strategy implementation
• Deep understanding of digital analytics and pharmaceutical data ecosystems
• Experience with CRM systems and data platforms (Snowflake experience valuable)
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
