We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Professional Education to join our team. This individual will lead the company through its next level of growth and beyond. Partnering closely with our VP of Marketing, you will create and execute a Professional Education strategy built to educate Epileptologists, Neurologists and Neurosurgeons about the value and use of the RNS technology. Importantly, your strategic programming will dovetail with our programs and goals to increase access to life-changing epilepsy therapy for more patients. This high impact role reports to the VP of marketing and will work closely with leaders across the organization. This position will be hybrid and needed to be in the NeuroPace Mountain View office two days a week.
What you will do:
- Create and execute a strategic plan to for peer-to-peer education for physicians, fellows and allied health professionals on the clinical outcomes and application of RNS technologies.
- Work closely with marketing to align educational programming with the company's strategic direction and programs
- Develop deep technical, clinical and procedural knowledge of epilepsy and its treatment with the RNS system.
- Create content, shepherd it through the legal and regulatory approval process
- Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs and speakers. You will collaboratively identify, contact and work with physician faculty for training events.
- Track and evaluate the cost and effectiveness of our educational programs, and where needed make adjustments to maximize impact
- Create processes to streamline course planning, content and execution through the organization.
- Attend critical industry conferences to maintain clinical and competitive knowledge so sales training priorities are market relevant.
- Ensure compliance with the quality policy and on-label promotion.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years of experience in an education or training role in medical device, pharma, or healthcare (can include field trainer experience)
- Experience in neurology field is essential, neuromodulation experience is a plus.
- Expert in Power Point; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Cross-functional team experience.
- Customer relationship and budget management.
- Able to build strong rapport and relate well to physicians, surgeons, and key opinion leaders.
- Able to travel up to 30%

Base Compensation Range: $135K-$190K
