Overview of the Senior Manager of Technical Accounting role:

• The Senior Manager of Technical Accounting will serve as the technical accounting expert on U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements.
• Support external audits, including managing relationships with auditors.
• Act as key resource for technical accounting questions from teams across the organization.
• Research and document accounting positions for new transactions.
• Maintain detailed documentation for technical accounting policies, processes, and controls to support audit readiness and internal transparancy.

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Manager of Technical Accounting:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 7+ years in a large top-tier public accounting firm and/or financial reporting role in a large organization
• 3-5 years of technical accounting experience
• Certified Public Accountant required
