We’re looking for Sr. Manager Onboard Revenue Analytics to help lead our efforts, provide all strategic and ad hoc reporting to support onboard revenue and drive decision making to maximize revenue. Responsible to collaborate with data science, IT and revenue product owners to create standard reports and dashboards to support shore side and shipboard teams. Responsible to work with finance team to complete all monthly reporting, forecasting and SOX requirements. Oversees the onboard revenue analyst directing day to day activities and performance. Oversees shorex pricing analyst and provides guidance to optimize revenue and product participation.

Responsibilities
- Responsible to create standard reports and dashboards collaborating across teams to drive revenue optimization and strategic decision making
- Work closely with shipboard IT and onboard revenue teams to develop dashboards, reporting and provide analytic support.
- Responsible for all strategic analysis as well as ad hoc projects and reporting. This includes onboard revenue outlets Spa, Shores Excursions, Art, Communications and Retail operations as well as supporting other areas of onboard revenue as needed.
- Responsible for reporting and data analysis using data from our reservations system and sales reporting to support the Future Cruise Consultants to drive sales.
- Provide support to the Food & Beverage team to create dashboards and standard reporting to drive revenue optimization and cost savings decisions.
- Responsible to work with finance team to create monthly reporting process and format. Will gather inputs from business owners and create presentations for upper management.
- Provide reporting templates and supporting analytics for monthly forecast and annual Plan process.
- Responsible to complete SOX requirements and certifications.
- Oversees data analytics and shorex pricing analysts. Responsible for hiring these positions and managing day to day activities and performance.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, computer science or related data analytic field.
- 5+ years working in an analytical role within an office environment. Preferably in cruise or hospitality industry.
- Strong expertise with reporting and dashboard software Tableau, Power BI, SSRS preferred
- Strong expertise with Oracle databases and SQL coding
- Proficient in MS Power Point and Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal and written) with the public, all levels of employees, and management
- Ability to manage a team and provide sound leadership and instill company values
- Ability to create professional reports and presentations
- Ability to understand and analyze data and provide insightful reporting
- Ability to prioritize and focus on outcomes that drive action plans
- Organizational skills and the ability to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure to meet deadlines are important
- Individual who is highly motivated, takes initiative, and is self-driven
- Strong cruise operations experience and knowledge advantageous
