The Senior Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the Patient Experience and Delivery work within the Advance Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC), including Vein to Vein (V2V), Global Cell Collection (GCC), and Global Planning organization. This leader will be responsible for successfully delivering diverse project portfolios; with a patient-centric focus on business and process transformations.They will provide leadership of direct and matrixed teams consisting of Project Management, Operational Excellence, Data Analytics, Strategy, and Business Operations professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Strategy Conversations for Organization supporting ATSC Patient Planning Team improvements
- Provide Leadership on Portfolio Management within ATSC - V2V, GCC, & CMO Planning
- Responsible for KPI execution and reporting, and driving/leading continuous improvement discussions across the organization
- Drive improvements in organizational performance management via appropriate use of metrics and data - including hierarchy of supply chain metrics, dashboards/scorecard
- Accountable for leadership on State Licensing requirements for US Commercial site activation
- Provide support of escalations related to project delays or operational issues, facilitate cross functional problem solving, and drive towards resolution
- Work independently with direction from leadership & support from functional partners across ATSC
- Create clarity around our project management, prioritization, and resource commitment required across the portfolio
- Ensure close partnership with various site and above-site stakeholder functions such as Commercial and Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, Supply Chain, and the broader Autologous Platform within the ATSC organization
- Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required; focused degree in Operations or Engineering preferred
Required:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
- Industrial experience in a pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry
- Experience in 1 or more areas of Supply Chain (e.g., Plan, Source, Make or Deliver)
- Project Management experience and the ability to interface cross-functionally within a matrixed team environment
- Ability to make decisions independently, and demonstrate an innovative and strategic approach with broad vision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and ambiguity, ability to prioritize tasks according to objectives, and provide problem resolution
- Effective leadership skills and proven ability to foster team productivity and cohesiveness
- Ability to lead the development of critical path analyses and support scenario planning
- Demonstrated ability to build effective and efficient relationships/partnerships internally and with external partners
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, including understanding their priorities, and earning their respect and trust, along with the willingness to provide them with the best decisions in time-sensitive situations
- Ability to balance day to day operational demands with the need to extend and improve the planning horizon to prepare strategically to manage future demands
- Demonstrated experience leading transformational change
- Experience or understanding of Manufacturing, Planning, and/or Logistics
- Cell Therapy experience
- Experience creating visuals (e.g., using Power BI or equivalent) to translate large amounts of data to drive customer value
- May require up to 25% travel domestic and/or international
- Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

- Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year

- Work, Personal, and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
