About the Role: As a Senior Manager of People & Talent, you will oversee global HR practices, recruiting, compliance, employee management, and much more. You will have the opportunity to combine your experience in HR and talent development to shape and expand our global HR and Talent functions, contributing to our company's continued success and growth while significantly impacting our company culture, employee retention, recruitment strategies, and overall people operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine people operations processes and systems to drive operational excellence and scalability while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
- Lead the Talent Acquisition function, overseeing global hiring with a focus on improving the candidate experience and internal efficiency through structured, consistent interview processes and effective onboarding.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees while maintaining compliance and fostering a positive experience.
- Implement and oversee the performance management process, guiding managers in goal-setting and talent development to ensure high-performance standards and execution.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to global People Ops team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by developing and implementing strategies that promote a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture across all levels of the organization.
- Manage employee relations and collaborate with the Executive Team and cross-functional leaders to align HR processes with business objectives, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices across the global organization.
- Address concerns, foster a positive, inclusive company culture, and oversee employee relations and conflict resolution to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction and ensure fair and consistent practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement competitive total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Manage workplace and remote work operations, ensuring effective communication, productivity, and engagement in both physical and virtual environments, adapting to the evolving needs of a hybrid workforce.
- Ensure compliance with global labor laws and regulations, staying updated on legal requirements and industry best practices to minimize risk and protect the organization.
About You: You are a strategic, global thinker passionate about people operations and adept at building and optimizing HR processes that align with business goals and support rapid growth. You're not afraid to get your hands dirty and own developing and scaling processes and operations from the ground up. As a strong leader, you mentor global teams to ensure high performance and foster a culture of continuous learning. You thrive in fast-paced, global environments, managing multiple projects while driving continuous improvement. Data-driven and analytical, you use metrics to refine processes and make informed decisions. With deep expertise in global HR compliance, you confidently navigate complex legal environments. Your strong communication skills enable you to build trust and collaborate effectively at all levels.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR leadership experience in a high-growth, global SaaS environment (or similar field), with a strong track record in building and optimizing people operations processes.
- Expertise in leading scalable and efficient talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies.
- Strong conflict resolution and employee relations skills, with experience managing complex issues fairly and consistently.
- Deep understanding of global labor laws and regulations, with a demonstrated ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risks across diverse legal environments.
- Proficiency in HR systems, data analysis, and metrics, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize processes.
- Certified HR professional credentials such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent that reflect advanced HR management expertise.
- Experience designing and implementing total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent, including compensation and benefits.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate globally with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Experience in early stage companies; developing high-performing teams.
