As the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement at GXO Logistics, you will be responsible for leading the Sales Enablement team and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and implementation of business growth objectives.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Oversee the design and establishment of the Sales Enablement discipline throughout the AmAPAC region to deliver on business goals set forth by leadership
- Drive adoption of global sales processes, leveraging technology and automation to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the go-to market teams
- Owner of the sales forecast and incentive program for the region. Support the selling process and all stages from lead generation through win/loss, incorporating leanings and continuous improvement in the process
- Support Sales Enablement Leads in each division ensuring the right key performance indicators (KPIs) are in place to track and analyze sales enablement data; and the creation of tools such as exec-facing dashboards that support business cases that drive decision-making and business prioritization for the region
- Partner with VP, Sales Enablement, Division Presidents and other leadership to align on resources for the region and to develop the team through coaching, mentoring and driving accountability to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Marketing or equivalent related work or military experience
- 5 years of direct experience in sales support or equivalent experience. Experience selling B2B solutions and/or managing B2B sales teams preferred
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing on large-scale sales initiatives and programs
- Lead development and tracking of sales metrics and KPIs
- Knowledge of sales enablement technologies (CRM tools), processes and best practices
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and managing teams
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results
- Availability to travel occasionally for in person meetings
- Experience in the supply chain industry
- Solution oriented mindset to influence change
- Superior organizational, conflict resolution and time management skills
